    you can also see the cologne vid and utilize different essential oils to dothe same thing on the feet …I use sometimes a cedar…citronell and lime mix or cinnamon clove …or lime and orange and lavender ….you get the drift expand this go to my web page and look up the essential oil link tere to get a better idea on how some of these oils work and there properties

    I use spray bottles for everything they are so convenient. My favorite one is My summer spray with apple cider vinager and tea tree oil It helps with heat rash, my husbands smelly feet or just a cooling effect on a hot day. Its also a great deoderant if you dont mind smelling like tea tree oil.

    hi there loved the tinctures you made very new to making them what wine did you mix the rosemary with red are white wine. I like the four equal parts in the 1 oz bottle makes a lot of sense. thanks again love learning new things for my body and my families

    RYE is the only way to go if you are going to buy any bread…the wheat is all genetically modified ( 85%) so the spelt and kamut is ok as long as it hasn’t been altered
