Ahhhhhh yes,, don’t forget to soak your nuts! Very important! It makes -making fresh nut juicing eazy-peazy. With just a few snaps of the wrist, BAM! Out flies the nut juice! Great source of natural protein for all you ladies out there who are a little shy about dribbling the nut juices on your chin.. Or for all you prudish gals who are just plain uptight and need to un-wind with a tall, warm glass of fresh nut juice!

It looks to me like he has the Jack Lalane juicer. I just got one and it looks like this. I have a champion also. I think I’ll mainly use the champion for banana ice cream (made with frozen peeled bananas… yum!

Thank you, I have not begun raw food as of yet I am researching and was curious what utensils and appliances I need, but you answered it all for me. What kind of juicer is the one you have there? I have a Champion and can not fit a whole apple in my juicer.
I just summited my email to join your website and look forward learning more of your teaching raw food classes.

Wow I had no idea about this. Thyroid problems run in my family, and recently I’ve been suffering major depression and weight gain, even though I am a vegetarian and generally eat fairly healthily. The vegetable I eat most of is spinach and I used to eat soy all the time. Thanks for the info.

Raw food can be great. But watch out for too much brocolli, spinach, and other GOITROGENS.
Goitrogens hurt your thyroid. Before I knew what they were I juiced tons of them. Then I became hypothyroid. (Soy is a major, major, goitrogen.) If you get, or are, hypothyroid, take the natural med, not synthetic, as they are no way the same in effect on the body.

wow thank you so much. i just decided that i would like to try the raw food lifestyle. but it seemed hopeless because i had NO idea where to start. i would have gotten very bored of just throwing spinach into my blender.
